The website www.fiapf.org (hereinafter the “Website”) is managed by and is the property of FIAPF (“we”, “us” or “our”). Hereinafter, you will find the terms and conditions applicable to the access and use of the Website (hereinafter the “Terms”) by its visitors (hereinafter referred to as “Visitor”, “you”, “your”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website. By accessing and using the Website, you accept, without any reservation, the terms and conditions governing the access to and the use of the Website, as set out in the present Terms. Acceptance will further extend to the other legal documentation available on the Website, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which have to be read together with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not visit and/or use the Website.

Our Website may contain links to other Websites at different web addresses, some of which may be owned and operated by FIAPF, and others which are owned and/or operated by third parties. The present Terms do not apply to those websites. We are not liable for the links placed on our Website to websites owned and/or operated by third parties.

FIAPF has the right to disable any username and password at any time, if in our opinion you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of these Terms.

No component of the Website, nor any data or information provided on it may be stored (other than what should be required in order to visit and use the Website and its functionalities), or be reproduced, modified, translated, rendered public, distributed, rented out, sold, transferred to third parties, or in any way used without the prior written authorization of FIAPF.

Any personal data we might collect and store about you will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016) and all other applicable data protection legislation such as the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 regarding the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data, and as further detailed in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We endeavour to provide information that is up-to-date and accurate. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee this to be the case at all times and cannot be held accountable for any mistakes or incomplete information you might encounter on the Website. No failure to exercise, and no delay in exercising, on the part of either party, any right or any power under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right or power. Nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right or power under these Terms preclude further exercise of that or any other right granted herein. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any applicable purchase or other terms, the terms of these Terms shall govern.

The Terms constitute the entire Terms between you and FIAPF regarding your use of the website and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous written or oral Terms between you and FIAPF.

You may be subject to additional terms and conditions that apply when you benefit from FIAPF activities, which FIAPF will provide to you at the time of such benefit.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by Belgian law. We and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels (Belgium), unless otherwise imposed by mandatory statutory provisions.
